This 30-minute treatment is perfect for those who need to take a break out of their busy lives! The express facial includes cleansing, exfoliation, massage, mask and scalp massage.
With this bespoke facial, we can do exactly what you want. You'll experience facial cleansing, exfoliation, massage, mask and scalp massage but you're also able to customise the service to spend more or less time on a particular part of the treatment.
This facial treatment includes everything I do in our express facial, but with two key differences. I spend extra time massaging your face, deepening your relaxation, and I use special products to give your skin a revitalising glow.
Scalp massages are a quick, easy, and cheap way to ease tension in your head, unwind after a long day, or even relieve headaches. They’re also shown to promote hair thickness by stimulating the blood vessels.
Hand massage is the process of massaging and kneading your hands. It’s great for relieving tension in just about all of the muscles in our hands. Also, hand massage can help to reduce anxiety, headaches and improve blood circulation.
Facial Massage offers a wide range of benefits, from improved skin circulation to stress relief. The human touch in facial massage increases dopamine and serotonin, reduces cortisol and promotes both physical and mental wellbeing.
Foot Massage aims to reduce muscle tightness and boosts your circulation, which helps with healing and keeps your muscles and tissues healthy. That's especially important if you have health problems that add to poor circulation or nerve damage, like diabetes.
